“You can expect what you inspect.”
William Edwards Deming

In the video below, Ron McCuen of Elliott Affiliates provides an overview of how to inspect using the PDM system. Please take the time to review Ron’s presentation.

Inspection—measuring inputs, process and outputs—is a core practice for any company that wishes to improve. Our Performance Driven Management (PDM) application is designed to assist companies in their pursuit of higher cleanliness quality, reduced customer complaints, greater productivity, lower costs, and greater customer satisfaction.

By using PDM, you will manage your cleaning program to achieve mandated performance for goals such as:

  • Cleaning quality;
  • Customer satisfaction;
  • Environmental health targets; and
  • Process improvement.

These are the program commitments and results that will serve as the basis for judging service success or failure. The intent of the inspection activity is to collect the data that will both describe current performance for these key performance indicators (KPIs) and light the way toward continued innovation and service improvement.

The real value of performance measurement through inspection is in the resulting reports, allowing you to more effectively design, measure, manage and improve your cleaning program.
