Default Maintenance Conditions
Below is the list of default non-routine / maintenance conditions and a brief explanation of the issues represented by each of them..

Damaged
– Visibly noticeable impairment of its use or normal function

Leaking
– Visibly noticeable impairment of its use or normal function

Light out
– The installed lamp is not functioning normally

Non-Working
– Not visibly damaged or leaking, but still non-functional per the manufacturer’s specification

Paint
– Area scuffed, damaged, or otherwise no longer like-new in appearance

Rust
– Presence of surface rust on metals such as stainless steel

Torn
– Fabric in need of repair
- Waived – An item with a defect that is considered “excusable” given the specific circumstances (for example, a dirty object in a room that is under construction)
