Conditions are the visible, provable aspects of the items that determine the cleanliness quality of a room. PDM has two categories of Conditions: Routine / Cleanliness, and Non-Routine / Maintenance. The difference between them is that maintenance conditions do not count against the quality score.
You can view the list of conditions available to a site by visiting the “Conditions” section of Site Setup. Note that the individual conditions are actually shared at the account level; in other words, defining a new condition for a site will also make it available to all other sites in the same account.
To add a condition, click on the + icon; you will be asked to enter a name and select a category for the condition. (Note that you can elect to hide a condition from the tablet inspection app if you wish to.)
To edit an existing condition, click on its name, followed by the “pencil” icon:
Any condition can be renamed or deleted with the exception of “Satisfactory”, which cannot be edited or deleted (it is required for the quality score calculations to function correctly).
