Continuous Improvement score is a reflection of the innovations and changes in the service delivery system (cleaning tasks). It is an assessment of the period-to-period percentage change of cleaning attributes (visible soil problems found). A score above 50 can lead to greater levels of performance of Quality and Satisfaction metrics, while a rating below 26 suggests that performance is declining.
The Process Improvement Summary report show the continuous improvement score for the last six periods.
Detailed profile report is modified Pareto analysis of the impact of the cleaning procedures used by the cleaning staff.
The Top Item Opportunities report lists the top five items to be prioritized by management in order to improve the cleaning program. Success in correcting the top 5 problem items on a month-to-month basis is a key indicator of management control over the cleaning operation.
The Item / Task Opportunity report list each item and the condition reported on that item. It is a comprehensive report that provides a snapshot of the priority processes/or tasks that need improvement on an item by item basis.
The Room Type Opportunity Analysis report lists each room type by condition hightlighting the processes or tasks needing attention.
The Top 5 Items by Building Group report lists the priority items grouped by Building.
The Building Group Condition Analysis report list the top three conditions grouped by building.
